A Nikon S2 'Black Dial' Rangefinder Camera
1954-58, black, serial no. 6180885, with Nippon Kogaku Nikkor-H f/2 50mm lens, black, serial no. 755982, body, VG, shutter working, lens, G, some light cleaning marks and some internal marks, complete with maker's cap and maker's black case
Note: Very uncommon late 'black dial' example. Serial numbers over 6180000 had a black focusing scale rather than chrome.
Provenance: The vendor reports this was owned by his uncle who worked for The Sunday Telegraph during the 1960s and 1970s.
