French, mid 19th century, signed 'Picault Bte pour le Couteau Cisaille 46 Rue de Dauphin, a Paris' in carbon steel with horn handle, long knife blade and shorter shears blade, the handle with springs and closing clasp similar to a pair of secateurs, 34.3cm.
