English, c.1880, unsigned, constructed of French polished mahogany with plinth base and glazed door, with 21 slide drawers each capable of holding 3 rows of 8 standard slides giving a total capacity of 504 slides, each drawer with a white ceramic label to each side and a ebony pull, with a single deep drawer to base, campaign-style brass handle to top,with lock and key.
