Note: these tubes were from lot 30 which formed part of the original sale at Christie's, London of 'The Nicholas Webster Collection of Geissler and Crookes' Tubes and Other Laboratory Apparatus', on Thursday 26 September 1991, the circular stands still have the original Christe's label.
